Dried Fish Sauce (with Aba Pia)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of aba pia
  • 10 Fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 Chili Pepper
  • 1 medium sized Onion bulb
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 Seasoning cube
  • 1/2 cup Fish stock
  • Salt to taste

Equipments:

  • 2 cups of aba pia
  • 10 Fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 Chili Pepper
  • 1 medium sized Onion bulb
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 Seasoning cube
  • 1/2 cup Fish stock
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Wash the pieces of dried fish with warm water to remove sand and dirt Season the dry fish with pepper, onions,salt and 1/2 seasoning cube Cook for about 10mins and drain out the fish Step 1: Put the vegetable oil in a pot and place on heat
Step 2: Add the onions and chopped fresh tomatoes and stir
Step 3: Leave to cook for about 5mins
Step 4: Add the seasoned fish, stir and leave to cook for another 5mins
Step 5: Pour in the fish stock, add the remaining seasoning cube and stir
Step 6: Leave to cook for 10mins when it begins to thicken
Step 7: Add salt to taste
Step 8: Serve with Yam, Plantain, Noodles, Potatoes or Rice
