Crispy and tender oven-baked turkey wings. Seasoned with butter, paprika, garlic powder, and a blend of spices,
- 4 pounds turkey wings split at the joint, tips discarded

STEP 1: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
STEP 2: Rinse the turkey wings then split the wings at the joints. (Discard the wing tips or keep them for making stock/broth). Pat the turkey wing portions dry with paper towels.
STEP 3: Place the turkey pieces in a baking dish then drizzle on the butter and add all the other ingredients. Mix well so the seasoning coats all of the turkey.
STEP 4: Place in the preheated oven and bake for one hour until the turkey is golden and crispy on the outside. Halfway through baking, flip the turkey wings to the other side and baste with the pan drippings. Let them bake until done. The turkey wings are done when an instant-read meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of a turkey wing reads 165°F.
STEP 5: Serve warm with your favorite side dish. These turkey wings go well with a side of mashed potatoes, collard greens and mac n cheese.
